Post Yoga specifically for runners
Lisa Perry, is a yoga teacher whose classes I used to take when she taught yoga at the Y... she since went out on her own. She has started a yoga class specifically for runners / walkers. These are the details she mailed me:

Thursdays ~ Yoga for Runners and Walkers 7:15-8:45PM
Whether you are preparing for a marathon or a regular walker,
this multilevel class will benefit your activity in many ways!
Release regularly contracted muscles
Strengthen unused muscles
Improve breath control and concentration
Teach body awareness
Improve balance
Equals better performance and less injuries!
Class fee by donation
taught by Michelle Sabbagh & Lisa

Held at Allerton UM Church ( next to rt 31 on Allerton rd )
I would expect a $10 donation would be reasonable for a 90 minute class.

Weekend classes are not runner specific...

We have been talking about having a Sunday post-run yoga class from Anna's home.

Hi Colin, I'm in yoga teacher training right now so this is very timely. I could come to her Thursday class after I complete my training in August. It's good to study and learn from yoga teachers, especially one who is focused on our sport. Thanks for sharing this!

Tonight (6/25) class got extended to over 2 hours.... a great workout ...well worth $10.
